They’ll stay on top of the required contract paperwork, quote assistance, budgetary checks and more, providing you with the data to make informed decisions and keeping you looking good for your customers with timely communications. Our VCA support services are designed for you to maximize the value of your PX360 project management software. Our product gurus will help you make the most of different PX360 features, create efficient workflows, and provide better analysis and reporting for your project progress and profit. You’ll save even more time by not having to hire, train and manage additional staff! Use our experienced team to make the most of your time and resources. Basic single projects for VCA support is an investment of $10,000 per year could be saving your company upwards of 300 hours of labour in a year. Plans and Pricing
At PX360, we’re not interested in forcing you on a plan that doesn’t quite fit your needs. Instead, we created flexible plans where you purchase a block of hours and are simply billed again whenever your current block has run out. That means you’re not being charged for any hours you may not have used in a particular week or month, and you’re not paying any overage fees in case you needed more help in a particular time period.

How will I be billed?
- Charges will be applied to the credit card you have on file in PX360 Project Management Software. VCA costs are in addition to your PX360 software subscription cost.
- Blocks of VCA hours will be paid at the start of each new block.
- Hours are tracked and reported at the end of each month.
- From the 2nd block onwards you can stop at any point by messaging us at support@px360.com.au. Upon confirmation of your cancellation, we will refund any remaining hours in the block.
Please note: Due to the time and effort required to consult with a team and become familiar with their unique organisation, the first 20 hour block is non-refundable.
