Cost Plus
We have the perfect ability through our tracking and means of managing incoming costs from Xero. Additionally, our ability to track labour to defined tasks provides our users with the ability to create quickly and accurately progress claims in minutes not hours. We have many of our users confidently tendering for cost-plus contract work due to the ease in the contract administration, thanks to the contract administration software from PX360.
Fixed Price
PX360 works two ways.
- Either utilising your budget tracking reports to check that claims are in line with the % of remaining spend.
OR - Pre enter through our Project Setup Wizard . This uses a pre-defined progress claim schedule. You can use the progress claim button to select and complete an online template.
Client E-Approval Signing
Having your clients provide approvals on all claims is a great way to reduce your risk if disputes arise. Having a legally bound approval with the owner’s signature, date and time stamped is a simple but proactive approach to be able to follow a legal path with confidence that you have followed the contract and received approvals in all required areas. Our new online electronic signature is another way we try to make this process even quicker and easier not only for you but also for your clients.
Xero integrated invoicing
PX360 continuously talks with Xero either raise your invoices within PX360 for sending or raise in Xero. Either way both Xero and PX360 are working from the same document. Reducing complication and creating another organisation process that works. Now you don’t even have to sign into Xero to create invoices.
